Geography

The city is located about 28 km north- east of Frankfurt am Main in the Wetterau. Through the urban area and Nidda Horloff flow.

Florstadt borders in the north on the town Reichel home, in the north- east on the community Ranstadt, in the east on the community Glauburg, in the south on the community of Old Town and the city Niddatal and in the west on the town of Friedberg.
