Franklin is a city in the state of Vermont in the United States near the Canadian border. The 1,405 inhabitants ( according to the census of 2010 ) live mainly on agriculture and forestry. The center in the settlement located, about 5 km ² Lake Carmi, who was the first settlers still an eyesore, and the location on Lake Carmi State Park him are today regarded as the tourist attractions of the place.
