Gilby Clarke

Gilby Clarke ( born August 17, 1962 in Cleveland, Ohio) is an American guitarist.

He replaced Izzy Stradlin in 1991 during the band Guns N ' Roses on the rhythm guitar, but was thrown again in 1994 by Axl Rose of the band, after he had stated to the press negatively about this. Since then he recorded five solo albums and can also be heard on the 1995 album by Slash 's Snakepit.

In 2006 he founded together with Tommy Lee ( Mötley Crüe ), Jason Newsted and ( Voivod and ex - Metallica ), the band "Rock Star Supernova".
