Greg Stewart (ice hockey)

Gregory Greg Stewart ( born May 21, 1986 in Kitchener, Ontario ) is a Canadian professional ice hockey player who plays since 2010 at the Oklahoma City Barons in the American Hockey League.

Career

Greg Stewart began his career as a hockey player with the Peterborough Petes, for which he was active from 2003 to 2006 in the Ontario Hockey League. During this time he was selected in the NHL Entry Draft in 2004 in the eighth round when a total 246 players from the Montreal Canadiens. First, however, he played a season long for the Cincinnati Cyclones of the ECHL before it in the 2007/ 08 season his debut in the National Hockey League for the Montreal Canadiens announced, for which he completed a total of 26 games in 2010 and elsewhere in the AHL was used.

In July 2010, Stewart was hired by the Edmonton Oilers, which put him at the Oklahoma City Barons.
