Grignan-Les Adhemar AOC

Grignan -les- Adhemar is a wine region in the southern part of the wine-growing region Rhône. The appellation, which ( short AOC ) was awarded the status of a Appellation d' Origine on July 27, 1973, is located north of the area of ​​Côtes du Ventoux within the region Tricastin. The area extends within the Drôme Provençale between Montelimar in the north and Saint -Paul -Trois -Châteaux in the south. History

Wine and varietal

The red wines are usually garnet, not too heavy, fruity and fragrant. The income limit is generally at 52 hectoliters / hectare. The wines must have a minimum alcohol content of 11 percent.
