Grigory Falko

Grigory Alexeyevich Falko (Russian Григорий Алексеевич Фалько, scientific transliteration Grigory Falko Alekseevic; born May 9, 1987 in Leningrad ) is a Russian swimmer.

Career

Falko's biggest success is winning the gold medal in the 200m breaststroke with a new European Championship record at the European Swimming Championships 2008 in Eindhoven. His championship record was only twelve hundredths over the five- year-old European record of his compatriot Dmitry Komornikow.

His coach is Viktor Wasilnok.
