Habrůvka

Habrůvka ( German Habruwka ) is a municipality in the Czech Republic. It is located 15 kilometers northeast of the city center of Brno and belongs to Okres Blansko.

Geography

Habrůvka is located on a quiet forest clearing Drahany country on the edge of the nature reserve PLA Moravian Karst. Towards the south and west lies the valley of the brook Křtinský creek.

Neighboring towns are Rudice in the north, Jedovnice in the northeast, Křtiny and Brezina in the southeast, Ochoz u Brna, Obce and Kanice in the south, Babice nad Svitavou and Ptačinek the southwest, Adamov and Huť Františka in the west and Josefov and Olomučany in the northwest.

History

The first written mention of belonging to the reign Obřany place was in 1365, when together their wives overwritten Čeněk Kruschina of Lichtenburg and Jan Pirkenstein of the income from the villages Útěchov, Vranov, Brodek and Obřany as jointure. Later Habrůvka was part of the new rule Ronov castle. After Ronov was in the 15th century like desolate, the Černohorský of Boskowitz struck the village of Nový hrad rule. 1567 Nový hrad rule, including the castle, the farm and the villages Olomučany, Habrůvka, Brezina, Babice, Kanice Řícmanice, Bílovice and the desert village Jehnice in Landtafel Albrecht Černohorský of Boskowitz was also attributed to hereditary. 1604 inherited Maximilian of Liechtenstein, who was married to Catherine Černohorský of Boskowitz since 1597, the rule. The Nový hrad belonging to villages were later united with the rule of Cerna Hora. 1645 the Swedes conquered the castle Nový hrad and burned it down, this time from the first mention of the cave Vokounka at Habrůvka. The forest district Nový hrad was divided in 1704 into three areas Vranov, Olomučany and Habrůvka. 1768 was the village of 16 Chaluppen. By the middle of the 19th century were the landlords of Liechtenstein Habrůvka.

After the abolition of patrimonial Habrůvka / Habruwka formed in 1850 a municipality in the district of Brno team. In 1884, the village school was inaugurated. Since the end of the 19th century belongs to the district of Josefov Habrůvka / Josephsthal. In 1901, founded the volunteer fire department. After the discovery of a sound and Kaolinlagerstätte by František Blatný degradation was recorded in 1905 by the Princely Liechtenstein pits Habruwka. The plant employed 40 workers. 1910 was Habrůvka of 97 houses where 602 people lived. 1921 Habrůvka was assigned to the Okres Brno- venkov. 1931 were in the village of 116 houses. From 1936 the Výpustek was used by the Czechoslovak army. After the German occupation, a U -displacement of the object Flugmotorenwerke Ostmark, in 1944, it set up. Since 1948 Habrůvka belongs to Okres Blansko.
