The Hampton Roads Gulls were an American ice hockey franchise of the Atlantic Coast Hockey League in Hampton, Virginia.

The Hampton Roads Gulls took to the 1982/83 season as an expansion team of the match operation in the Atlantic Coast Hockey League. The team owner named the team following the Hampton Gulls, who were active from 1974 to 1978 in the American Hockey League and the Southern Hockey League. In her only season the Hampton Roads Gulls were only moderately successful and had on February 2, 1983 prematurely for lack of funding the operation of gambling. The only coach during the existence of the team was the Americans Pat Donnelly.
