Herbert du Parcq, Baron du Parcq

Herbert you Parcq, Baron du Parcq, of Grouville in the Isle of Jersey PC KC ( * August 5, 1880 in Saint Helier, Jersey, † April 27, 1949 in London) was a British lawyer who most recently as Lord of Appeal in Ordinary due to the Appellate jurisdiction Act 1876 as Life peer was also a member of the House of Lords.

Lawyer and judge

After visiting the Victoria College in Jersey you Parcq completed a degree in Classical Studies at Exeter College, University of Oxford, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (BA Literae Humaniores ). He also studied law at Jesus College, University of Oxford, which he finished with a Bachelor of Civil Law (BCL ).
