Horka I

Horka I also Horka u Žehušic, is a municipality with 375 inhabitants ( 2006) in the Czech Republic. It is located nine kilometers northeast of the city Čáslav on Čertovka flow in the river level Doubrava and belongs to the Okres Kutná Hora.

Geography

The village is located on the western edge of the Iron Mountains ( the Iron Mountains ) in 211 m asl Neighboring towns are Horusice in the north, Svobodna Ves in the east, the south and Bojmany Borek in the West.

History

Was first documented erwährt the village in 1318. After the abolition of patrimonial it was in 1850 for the independent municipality in the district court or in the Caslau Tschaslauer district.

Community structure

The municipality Horka I include the districts Borek ( Franzdorf ) and Svobodna Ves ( Josefsdorf ).
