Isabelle Nicoloso

Isabelle Nicoloso ( born February 13, 1961 in Domont ) is a French former track cyclist.

For 20 years, from 1980 to 2000, Isabelle Nicoloso was one of the leading sprinters France on the web. Nine times she was champion of France, in the sprint, but also in the individual pursuit and points race.

In 1985, Isabelle Nicoloso world champion in the sprint at the Championships in Bassano del Grappa. In 1986 she won the prestigious Sprint Classic Grand Prix de Paris.

1987 Nicoloso tested positive for doping. She received a six month suspension and a small fine.

After 2000, Isabelle Nicoloso drove a few more years racing on the road.

Isabelle Nicoloso is married to the nurse Jean -Yves Verger, who was convicted in 2003 as part of the " BÃ © Affair " because of trade with the Dopingmixturen "pot belge " and "pot néerlandais " to three years in prison.
