Jack Medica

Jack Medica ( born October 5, 1914 in Seattle, † April 15, 1985 in Carson City, Nevada ) was an American swimmer.

At the 1936 Summer Olympics in Berlin, he was Olympic champion in the 400 m freestyle. He also won the 1500m freestyle and with the American 4 × 200 meters freestyle relay silver medal. In 1966 he was inducted into the Hall of Fame of the international swimming sport.
