Jaka LakoviÄ
Jaka Laković ( born July 9, 1978 in Ljubljana, Yugoslavia ) is a Slovenian basketball player.
Career
Jaka Laković began his career in 1996 with KD Slovan Ljubljana. In 2001 he moved to Krka Novo mesto with whom he also for the first time in the ULEB Euro League was launched and was able to draw attention to themselves in the very first season with 20.9 points and 3.8 assists on average. Although his achievements not handed in order to qualify for the Top16 - phase of the competition, with his subsequent change of clubs in 2002 to the European top club Panathinaikos Athens Laković had still managed his international breakthrough. In Greece he became a regular player and won the next four years, four national championships and was also able to win three times with Panathinaikos the trophy. In 2006, Laković to FC Barcelona, where he was under contract for five years and in 2010 the ULEB Euro League could win.

Jaka Laković is an integral part of the Slovenian national team and led them in 2005 at the European Championships in Serbia and Montenegro with 12.8 points on average to sixth place.
