James T. Hill
James Thomas Hill ( born 1946 ) is an American retired general. During his active service, he commanded from September 1999, the U.S. I Corps. From 2002 to 2004 he led the United States Southern Command. Since 2006, he serves on the board of the Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft in the U.S. ( " Fraunhofer USA ").
