Jeffrey Jason Garcia ( born February 24, 1970 in Gilroy, California) is an American former American football player. He played on the position of the quarterback with the San Francisco 49ers, Cleveland Browns, Detroit Lions, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Oakland Raiders and the Philadelphia Eagles.
