Joe Alaskey

Joe Alaskey ( born May 26, 1949 in Watervliet, New York ) is an American actor and voice actor. In addition to his role as Uncle Beano in the sitcom My father is an alien is Alaskey best known as the spokesman of the Looney Tunes characters Daffy Duck and Bugs Bunny.

Biography

Joe Alaskey began his career as a stand - up comedian and worked as a speaker at a Boston radio station. There he met Bill Scott, the creator of the cartoon series The Rocky & Bullwinkle Show. Scott was impressed by Alaskeys skills as a voice imitator and took him in 1985 to Los Angeles. Alaskey received some minor roles in various animated series.
