John Zaremba

John Zaremba ( born October 22, 1908 in Chicago, Illinois, † December 15, 1986 in Newport Beach, California ) was an American actor.

Life

Zaremba worked as a journalist for the Chicago Tribune, among others, by the end of the 1940s, before he moved to Hollywood to pursue an acting career. He had 1950 in Pirates of the High Seas, a first small, unnamed uncredited movie role and then played in both television productions as well as in B-movies such as Flying Saucers. From the late 1950s he worked mainly for television and received guest roles in various television series. He was shown, among others 1957-1962 in different roles in seven episodes of Alfred Hitchcock Presents. In 1966 he received a starring role in the science fiction series The Time Tunnel, which was, however, already set after one season with 30 episodes. From 1978 until his death, he had a recurring guest role on the series Dallas, in which he played Dr. Harlen Danvers. His feature film credits include, inter alia, the Disney comedy film Herbie ride.

Zaremba was married and had three children.
