Karina (Spanish singer)

Karina (actually: María Isabel Bárbara Llaudes Santiago, born December 4, 1943 in Jaén) is a Spanish pop singer.

Her music career began in 1961, she became known as an actress commercials and an appearance at the music festival in Benidorm. She got a record deal and had their performances mainly in the 1960s and 1970s, in addition sang and played it in some musical comedies with. She was selected to represent Spain at the Euro Vision Song Contest 1971 in Dublin. With the En un mundo nuevo hit she reached the second place.
