Konstantin Menshov

Konstantin Alexandrovich Menshov (Russian Константин Александрович Меньшов, English transcription Konstantin Alexandrovich Menshov; born February 23, 1983 in Leningrad, Russian Soviet Republic ) is a Russian figure skater who starts in a single run.

Konstantin Menshov finally succeeded in his ninth participation in the Russian Figure Skating Championships to qualify for international championships. He was Champion of Russia in 2011 and took almost 28 years in Bern for the first time at a European part. He finished in seventh place and was so under the ten- years-younger Artur Gatschinski ( Rank 5) now only second best Russian runner. Thus, he did not qualify for the World Cup in Moscow, Russia possessed in that year only a starting place.

In the 2012/2013 season, he reached in the ISU Grand Prix series two fourth places and won bronze at the Russian Championship. Nevertheless, he was nominated only as a substitute for international championships and was not used.

Menshov has a twin brother named Nikita.
