Külaküla is a village (Estonian küla ) in the rural community Emmaste ( Emmaste vald ). It is the second largest Estonian island of Hiiumaa ( German Dagö ).

Description

Külaküla today has 31 inhabitants (as of 31 December 2011).

The village with its sandy beach is directly on the Baltic coast.

The most famous son of the village is the reform- communist Estonian politicians Vaino Väljas, who was born in 1931 in Külaküla. He was the last president of Estonia (ERP ) Communist Party before the secession of Estonia by the Soviet Union in 1991.
