Li Ching

Li Ching (Chinese李静, Pinyin lǐ Jing, born March 7, 1975 in Doumen, Zhuhai, Guangdong, China) is a native of China table tennis player from Hong Kong, who won the 2004 silver in doubles at the Olympics.

Career

Li Ching was born in China. He was soon to the Chinese national team, had his career but in 1997 due to health problems, a beef allergy, interrupting. He began studying at the Jinan University was founded in 1999 and again third in the Chinese national championship. He then played internationally for Hong Kong, where he was promoted by the local coach Chan Kwong Wah.

Many successes were achieved by Li Ching in a double with his partner Ko Lai Chak standard. With it he won at the Asian Championships in 2003 and 2005 and at the Asian Games 2006.

From 2001 to 2011 he was nominated for ten world championships. He was third in 2006 and 2008 with the team from Hong Kong, 2007, he won the bronze medal in doubles. Also at the ITTF Pro Tour Grand Finals came this double from 2004 to 2007 four consecutive semi-finals. 2004 and 2008 he took part in the Olympic Games. In the ITTF World Ranking was Li Ching's best finish rank 10 in June 2008.

In 2006, Li Ching for Belgian club Royal Villette Charleroi, with whom he was in 2007 Champions League winners.
