Liam James Rosenior ( born July 9, 1984 in Wandsworth ) is an English footballer who currently plays for Hull City in the Football League Championship.

Club career

Rosenior began his career at Bristol City as a promising midfielder. In 2003 he shot in the final of the LDV Vans Trophy winning goal for Bristol City 2-0 against Carlisle United. This game was also the last for Bristol City because he then transferred to FC Fulham.

In Fulham Rosenior quickly became popular with the fans because of his African- looks. During a match against Manchester City, he cleared a nearly impossible durable ball on the goal line at 1-1. Fulham won the match with a goal in the last minute of Steed Malbranque 2-1. Rosenior later told reporters he was able to clear the ball in this way only because of his African- looks.

He signed in July 2006 a four -year contract with Fulham, but changed on 31 August 2007 for an undisclosed sum in exchange for Seol Ki- Hyeon to Reading FC and there wrote a three-year contract. His first game he played for Reading on 15 September 2007, in the 2-1 win against Sunderland.

Since October 29, 2010 Rosenior plays for the English second division side Hull City in the Football League Championship 2010/11.
