Lupoglav

Lupoglava (Italian Lupogliano; German: Mahrenfels ) is a municipality in Croatia.

Location and population

The community Lupoglava consists of nine villages and is located in the north-eastern part of Istria. The number of inhabitants of the municipality is located according to the census of 2011 924 The main town Lupoglava has 288 inhabitants.

History

In Lupoglava still stand the remains of the castle Mahrenfels.
