Malcolm Delaney

Malcolm Hakeem Delaney ( born March 11, 1989 in Baltimore, Maryland ) is an American professional basketball player.

Career

The 1.91 m tall combo guard Delaney played for the college team of Virginia Tech University. In his last two college years, he was elected to the All- ACC each First Team, but recruited in the subsequent NBA Draft in 2011 by any team. Therefore, Delaney went to Europe in summer 2011 and joined the French first division club Élan Sportif Chalonnais on, with which he took the national league and cup double in 2011/12 season. For the season 2012/13 moved to Delaney Ukrainian first division club BK Budiwelnyk Kiev, where she won also the national championship. In addition, he was awarded the Ukrainian Super League Most Valuable Player Award and elected to the All- Eurocup First Team. In the summer of 2013 Delaney signed a contract with German Bundesliga club Bayern Munich.
