Deon Thompson

Deon Marshall Thompson ( born September 16, 1988 in Torrance, California) is an American professional basketball player. Thompson played after his studies, first in Greece and Slovenia, before joining the BBL season 2012/13 the German first division club ALBA Berlin joined. Thompson was in the Greek A1 Ethniki and the Slovenian League " All- Star" and was named MVP of the Slovenian " All- Star Games " and the Slovenian Cup competition, which he won with KK Union Olimpija Ljubljana. Career

Thompson moved from his California home to study at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill on the east coast. Their high school team Tar Heels is one of the most prestigious basketball teams in the NCAA.
