Malý Šariš
Maly Saris ( German Small Saddle Rosch, Hungarian Kissáros ) is a city and a municipality in eastern Slovakia, with 1497 inhabitants ( 31 December 2011). It is located in Okres Prešov, kraj an administrative unit within the Prešov.
Geography
Maly Saris is located in the highlands highlands Šarišská the creek Šarišský creek, a right tributary of the Torysa, and is located four kilometers south of Velky Saris and five kilometers west of Prešov. The center is located at an altitude of 300 m nm
History
The town was first mentioned in writing in 1248 and belonged to the manor of Castle Saris. 1828 saw one 68 houses and 521 inhabitants.
