Marc Heitmeier

Marc awareness Meier ( born March 18, 1985 in Dortmund ) is a German footballer who plays in defense. Since the summer of 2010 he plays for the second division FSV Frankfurt.

Career

By 2004, awareness Meier played in the youth of the SG Luetgendortmund and Borussia Dortmund, moving on to the second team of Dortmund, where he scored two goals in 46 games the Regionalliga Nord. In the meantime, stood awareness Meier in the Bundesliga Borussia squad, but came to no use. For the season 2007/ 08 awareness Meier moved to the Oberliga Nord for SV Wilhelmshaven where he was able to achieve 5 goals in 32 league games. From the season 2008/ 09 he stood at third division Kickers Offenbach under contract. Due to injury, he made his debut in the third league only matchday ninth against Werder Bremen II when OFC is awareness Meier earned a regular place in central defense and came up with 45 inserts.

After his contract expires awareness Meier moved in summer 2010 to the second division FSV Frankfurt, where he signed a two-year contract. There he was under coach Hans -Jürgen Boysen, who had cared for him until October 2009 in Offenbach, set next to Björn silts as key players in central defense Bornheimer, debuted at the start of the 2010/11 season against Arminia Bielefeld (2:1) in the 2nd Bundesliga and justified in the first games of the season with solid performances its lineup. After an injury awareness Meier had to take a forced break after the 9th Round, however. In the second half it was used mainly as a defensive midfielder. Also in the 2011/12 season played Meier awareness on the " 6 " position, where he competes with Yannick Stark to the seat next to Samil Cinaz in the starting lineup. The combative awareness Meier came into this season to 28 missions, 24 of which from the beginning. His end of the season expiring contract he extended an early stage by two years until June 2014.
