Nils Teixeira

Nils Teixeira (born 10 July 1990 in Bonn ) is a German footballer who plays for second division FSV Frankfurt since summer 2011.
Career
Clubs
In 2004, Nils Teixeira moved from his youth club, the Bonner SC, in the youth section of Bayer 04 Leverkusen. In the 2007 /08 season he played with the U-19 team and thus in the U-19 League ( Season West). In the 2008 / 09 season, the then 18 -year-old has been used twice in the U-23 team of Bayer in the Regionalliga West.
For the 2009/10 season he was loaned to Kickers Offenbach in the third league. For half kick-off, he came against Erzgebirge Aue to his first professional use, when he came off the bench by coach Hans -Jürgen Boysen in the 84th minute. In his first pro season, Teixeira won a place in the starting eleven, played 33 of 38 league games and the DFB Cup match against arch-rivals Eintracht Frankfurt ( 0:3) and signed in May 2010 at the OFC for the season 2010/11 one-year contract. Even in his second year included the defensive player most used on the left side to the permanent employees at the Kickers who played along long for promotion to the 2nd Bundesliga, but broke the season end and the intended target missed.
For the 2011/12 season Teixeira moved to the 2nd Bundesliga FSV Frankfurt. The team of the Frankfurt neighborhood association was trained by Hans -Jürgen Boysen, Teixeira had taken two years earlier to Offenbach. In his first season was second division Teixeira regular player on the left side of defense; he came up with 29 league games.
National
Teixeira played for several junior national teams. So he took the German U- 17 national team at the European Championships in 2007 (5th place ) and the 2007 World Cup (3rd place) part. Then he came for the U-19 Juniors ( nine games) and for the U-20 Juniors ( four games ) are used.
Awards
As a youngster, he was honored on 12 September 2007 by the German Football Association with the Fritz -Walter - Medal in bronze. The handover took place in Cologne as part of an 'A' game at the Rhein Energie Stadium.
