Mario Gavranović (* November 24, 1989 in Lugano ) is a Swiss footballer of Croatian descent. His preferred position is the storm.

Career

Clubs

Gavranović began his career with FC Lugano, with whom he came to the end of the 2006/07 season to his first missions in the Challenge League. For the season 2008/ 09 he moved to Yverdon -Sport FC. However, this club he left after only a year, and moved on loan to Neuchatel Xamax. On 1 February 2010, he signed with FC Schalke 04 signed a contract until 30 June 2013. His first game for Schalke completed Gavranović on April 17, 2010, when he was brought on against Borussia Moenchengladbach in the mid-term break. National
