Mark Lenzi

Mark Edward Lenzi ( born July 4, 1968 in Huntsville, Alabama, † April 9, 2012 in Greenville, North Carolina) was an American diver.

Lenzi began in 1986 with the Diving at Indiana University and was established in 1991 in Perth runner-up from the 3- meter board. At the 1992 Olympics in Barcelona managed Mark Lenzi is the only to break the dominance of the Chinese Springer and was Olympic champion. Within the Games of Atlanta 1996 Lenzi reached the bronze medal.

After his retirement from competitive sports Lenzi worked as a coach at Indiana University. Suffering from low blood pressure, he died following a fainting attack.
