Maxim Mamin

Maxim Petrovich Mamin Eduardo (Russian Максим Эдуардович Мамин; born 17 May 1988 in Marneuli, Georgian SSR ) is a Russian ice hockey player who is since 2013 in Vityaz Podoslk from the Kontinental Hockey League contract.

Career

Maxim Mamin began his career as a hockey player in his hometown in the junior department of the HK Metallurg Magnitogorsk, for the first team, he made his debut in the Super League in the season 2006/ 07. With its team of Center won in his rookie year at first the Russian championship. For this success he contributed a goal and three assists in twelve games. In the following season, he came to another 21 appearances in the Super League for Metallurg.

In June 2008, has been banned due to a doping case for two years. Therefore, he graduated in the 2008 / 09 season, not a single game. His lock ran from the end of January 2010. At the end of the season 2009/10 he went for Metallurgs junior team in the newly formed Junior League Molodjoschnaja Chokkeinaja league on the ice whose titles he won with Stalnje Lissy Magnitogorsk.

In the season 2010/11 Mamin regulars was at HK Metallurg Magnitogorsk in the Kontinental Hockey League. For the following season, he moved to league rivals Salavat Yulaev Ufa, however, for he completed only 3 KHL games. In November 2011, the Russian was hired by the HC Traktor Chelyabinsk, for which he was active until the end of the season. In the 2012/13 season he paused from professional hockey. He subsequently received a contract with Vityaz Podoslk.

Internationally

For Russia Mamin took part in the Under-18 Junior World Cup in 2006 and the U20 World Youth Championship 2008. In the U20 World Youth Championship 2008, he won the bronze medal with his team.
