Mazhar-Fuat-Özkan
MFÖ (also: Mazhar Fuat Özkan ), one of the most famous music groups Turkey, produced more than 80 compositions during her 25-year music career. The members of the trio are Mazhar Alanson, Fuat Guner and Özkan Uğur.
The band laid the foundation stone in 1968 with the production of the song Türküz türkü çağırırız Mazhar Alanson and Fuat Guner. The establishment of MFÖ came two years later, when Özkan Uğur joined the group.
The very first hit Ele güne karşı in 1984 voted " Song of the Year ". This will be followed in 1985 Peki peki anladık, 1986 Vak the Rock, 1991 Best of MFÖ. Twice MFÖ represented Turkey in the Euro Vision Song Contest: 1985 Didai didai dai ( 14th place ) and 1988 with Sufi ( 15th place).
After 1995, the band members started their solo careers. Mazhar Alanson played together with Cem Yilmaz in the film Her sey çok güzel olacak. In hokkabaz the two play together again. Fuat Güners first solo album was released in April 1999. Özkan Ugur assumed various roles in film and theater.
Despite the solo careers of the members MFÖ still occurs together at home and abroad.
