Minhe Hui and Tu Autonomous County
The Autonomous District Minhe Hui and Tu (民和 回族 土族 自治县, Minhe Huizu Tǔzú Zizhixian ) is an autonomous county of the Hui and Tu in Chinese government district in the East Haidong Qinghai Province. It has an area of 1,780 km ² and has about 370,000 inhabitants ( 2004). Its main town is the large village Chuankou (川口 镇).
The listed sites of Machangyuan ( Majiayao culture) and Lajia ( Qijia culture) are located on its territory.
