Reviews

" Moody adventure movie with beautiful pictures of animals, the jungle environment and atmosphere captures masterfully. Although the love story has been less convincing, the film offers thanks to outstanding performer captivating entertainment. "

" Since Hemingway Africa has discovered America, acting in Hollywood African fables as if they were, albeit from a much rosier Hemingway imitators, a" Happy- Hemingway, " with grad still a little snow on Kilimanjaro, lots of whiskey, some solitude and a harsh manly. John Ford directed colorful, attractive and fortunately not very serious. "

" One is tempted to describe the resulting situations with gentle mockery, and thus the serenity to express that often also fulfilled the Berlin premiere audience, given the unwinding at Löwenfauchen and gorilla roar love stories. "

" No big, but quite a good adventure film whose action takes place in the interior of Africa. Exciting, vibrant and a bit banal. For teenagers from 15 "
