Mollet de Peralada

Mollet de Peralada is a Catalan municipality in the province of Girona, northeastern Spain. It is located in the comarca of Alt Empordà.

Location

Mollet de Peralada is located a few kilometers east of the Autopista AP- 7 is removed and is located west of the communities Rabós and Garriguella, north of Peralada, east of Capmany and south of Espolla.

Economy

The community is dominated by agriculture and there are mainly cultivated grapevines and olive trees; the harvested grapes and olives are processed into wine and olive oil in the local cooperative and marketed under the guarantee of origin Empordà.
