Mun Ji-hee
Mun Ji- hee (born 2 August 1988) is a South Korean biathlete.
Mun Ji- hee lives in the province of Jeollanam -do and starts for Jeollanamdo Sports Council. The student operates since 2000 Biathlon and is coached by Kim Sang- wook. Since 2005 she performed at the Biathlon European Cup since the 2006/07 season with a few exceptions in the European Cup, the Biathlon World Cup is their field of activity. Even towards the end of the previous season they were in Pokljuka as 86 of Sprint's her debut. The first full season ran Mun in World Cup 2007 /08. In domestic Pyeongchang It reached 37 a Sprint her best World Cup result to date and one of the best results of the South Korean biathlon history. The highlight of the season was to participate in the Biathlon World Championships 2008 in Ostersund. There she came in the sprint at the 73rd place with Jo In -hee, Lee In -bok Park and Byung -joo in the mixed relay at the 19th place. For the second time Mun Ji- hee started at the 2009 World Championships in Pyeongchang, where she was in a single 94th and 65th as the sprint quite narrowly missed the persecution. Particularly well ran the Summer Biathlon World Championships 2009 in Oberhof. In the sprint race on roller skis the South Korean made the fourth and missed by only 4.5 seconds behind Natalya Lewtschenkowa a medal. It was the best result of South Korean biathletes in an international race. In Antholz, she won in 2010 as the first South Korean as a Single Page 39 first World Cup points. Mun Ji- hee took part in the 2010 Olympic Winter Games. Her best result was the 63rd place in the sprint. She was after Kim Ja - youn 2002 Winter Olympic Games in Salt Lake City is only the second South Korean, who took in biathlon competitions of the Olympic Games.
