My Blue Heaven is an American comedy film directed by Herbert Ross from the year 1990.

Action

The Mafioso Vincent Antonelli says to the FBI and charged his accomplices. He is taken into the witness protection program and hiding in the Californian town of Fryburg under a different identity. The agent Barney Coopersmith protects him.

Antonelli commits again some malfeasance. The Attorney Hannah Stubbs wants to sue him because of car theft, Antonelli served her absurd excuses on. Cooper Smith shows up and takes Antonelli with you. He justified this step against the prosecutor so that Antonelli's statement is important in two Mafia processes.

Cooper Smith and one of his friends at the FBI want to use the time by converting a con artist who is using fake credit cards. Once Cooper Smith noted that it is Antonelli, he blows off the action.

Stubbs, divorced mother of two flushes, the turtle accidentally their child into the drain. Antonelli sees them on the road to a pet store, it follows her and meets an old friend, who was also formerly a mafioso. He learns that in the area many people live that have been recorded in the witness protection program.

Antonelli brings Coopersmith for celebration to New York. His accomplices steal water tank, which appear to it unsaleable. Antonelli gets the idea to issue the emptied container in public places, to raise money for the promotion of children's sport. Stubbs leaves him arrested for fraud, but it turns out that he really promotes children's sports with the money.

Two killers who were scheduled for Antonelli to be disarmed and arrested. In the end, Cooper Smith and Stubbs are a couple.

Rita Kempley described in the Washington Post on August 18, 1990, the occupation of the role of Vincent Antonelli with Steve Martin as "absurd." Joan Cusack WOULD " upholstered like a sofa".
