Nacer Chadli

Nacer Chadli ( born August 2, 1989 in Liège ) is a Belgian football player who has also Moroccan citizenship. Since 2013 he plays for the English first division club Tottenham Hotspur.

Career

Chadli played in his youth for Standard Liège and MVV. In 2007, he joined the Dutch club AGOVV Apeldoorn. In the 2009/10 season he had 37 missions, shot 17 goals and prepared eleven matches before. After this season Chadli joined the reigning Dutch champions FC Twente. At first attempt, the offensive player played in the starting eleven of the club and had a good performance and ball technology. He and his team finished second in the 2010/11 season second behind Ajax Amsterdam.

In July 2013 Chadli has been committed by the Tottenham Hotspur for around 8.1 million euros.

National

On 17 November 2010 Chadli played in a friendly match for the Moroccan national team against Northern Ireland (1-1). Although he there received good reviews and was voted " Player of the game", he decided soon after to compete in the future for the Belgian selection. On February 9, 2011 in a 1-1 friendly win against Finland, Chadli made ​​his debut in the dress of Belgium.
