Christian Eriksen
Christian Dannemann Eriksen (born 14 February 1992 in Middelfart ) is a Danish football player. Since 2013 he is at Tottenham Hotspur under contract.
In 2008 he was "Player of Denmark U -17" voted the best. In 2009 he was behind the much older Simon Kjaer and Nicklas Bendtner third place in the poll for "Danish Talent of the Year ".
Club career
Eriksen began his career before his third birthday at his hometown club Middelfart G & BK. The age of 13 he changed in the youth of Odense BK, where he matured as largest Danish Talent of his year.
At 14, he played in the U-16 team his club and was voted "Best Technician " is selected in the Danish Youth League. In 2008, he then played simultaneously already in the U-16 and U-19 team of the club with which he won the Junior Championship. He was also the victory scorer in the 1-0 final victory against Brøndby IF. On 18 October 2011, he scored his first goal in the group stage of the UEFA Champions League with a 2-0 win over Dinamo Zagreb. Ajax Amsterdam made it into the second round of the Europa League, but they fail there against English giants Manchester United.
Also in the season 2011/2012 Ajax won the Dutch championship and Eriksen was awarded the brozenen shoe.
In the 2012/2013 season, Ajax finished in 3rd place in the Champions League group stage and then failed in the Europa Legue second round of Steau Bucharest on penalties.
On May 5, Ajax Amsterdam was the third year in a row, winning the championship. Also the game at the Johann Cruijfft shell, Ajax could with 2:3 Alkmaar opt-out of Cup Winners AZ for what the last track was at the same time, won the Eriksen as a player for Ajax Amsterdam.

National
Eriksen played between 2007-2009 a total of 27 times for the Danish U- 17 national team, scoring nine goals. During his time as U-17 international, he became a highly respected greatest offensive talent of his country, making him his change was made possible abroad.
