History

NIKI Luftfahrt GmbH emerged from the Aero Lloyd Austria GmbH, which was acquired a majority stake in November 2003 as a result of the insolvency of the German parent company, Aero Lloyd Niki Lauda and was first performed by the beginning of January 2004 under the provisional name flyniki.

In January 2004 Air Berlin took a 24 % stake in the company, in July 2010, it increased this share to 49.9%. Appearance
