Palestine at the 2012 Summer Olympics

Palestine took part in London at the 2012 Olympic Games. It was the fifth overall participation in the Olympic Summer Games. From the Palestine Olympic Committee five athletes were nominated in three sports, including representatives from the West Bank and Jerusalem, Gaza and a Palestinian refugee living in Cairo. Due to restrictions of movement, which imposed the Israeli occupying power of the Palestinian population, the team was able to meet for the first time at Heathrow airport after arriving in London.

Flag bearer at the opening ceremony was the judoka Maher Abu Rmilah.
