Paradou

Paradou is a municipality with 1526 inhabitants (as of 1 January 2011) in the south of France in the department of Bouches -du -Rhône ( 13) of the Provence- Alpes- Côte d' Azur region. The name derives from a local designation of water mills, with which Weber used the river Arcoule for themselves.

Geography

It lies on the mountain chain of the Alpilles, below Les Baux -de- Provence, east of Arles and little west of Maussane -les -Alpilles. The municipality is part of the Regional Natural Park of the Alpilles.
