Patrick Einsle

Einsle Patrick ( born April 22, 1987 in Füssen) is a German snooker player.

Career

Career start

Einsle began in 1998 with the Snooker games. His first CenturyBreak he made at age 14.

He was a participant at the World Games 2005 in Snooker, but failed in the first round with 1:3 in the later gold medalist, the Northern Irishman Gerard Greene. At the German Open 2006 in Fürth is Einsle won against Fergal O'Brien and Stephen Lee and retired only with 2:3 in the quarter- finals to eventual finalist Barry Hawkins.

First season on the main tour

On 27 July 2006 he received a call from Mike Ganley by the World Snooker Association, who offered him a wildcard for the Snooker Main Tour, the right to participate in the most important tournaments of the snooker professionals. This Einsle benefited from sick leave Paul Hunter.

His first qualification match on the main tour Einsle had only three days after his appointment dispute, he lost in qualifying for the Northern Ireland Trophy clearly with 0:5 against Lee Page.

When qualifying for the Grand Prix, he was in 2006 the first two rounds and was able to gain some points for the Snooker world rankings. His third qualification match for the Malta Cup he won with 4:5 against Mark Joyce.

In qualifying for the Masters, he left in the first round, he defeated Christopher Norbury with 1:4. Even with qualifying UK Championship and the Welsh Open Einsle already lost the first qualifying round, he defeated Judd Trump with 0:9 and Lee Spick with 1:5.

Another first round defeat he suffered in qualifying for the China Open ( 2:5 against Andrew Higginson ). Even in qualifying for the World Cup, he failed in the first round against Passakorn Suwannawat with 4:10. In the end, he was number 94 of the snooker world rankings (among 96 listed players ) and missed so much to remain on the main tour.

Amateur phase 2007-2010

On November 1, 2009 Einsle defeated in the final of the German Championship, which took place in Bad Wildungen, his friend and training partner Itaro Santos 4-2 and thus secured for the first time the title of the German master. During the tournament, he handed over a total of only two frames.

Second season on the main tour

For the season 2010/11 Snooker main tour he received in June 2010 again a wild card.

Initial success he achieved at the third event of the Players Tour Championship when he defeated Jimmy Robertson and even former world champion Peter Ebdon and retired only in round 3, and later also to qualify for the Shanghai Masters 2010, where he was the first qualifying round, in the second round but the Irishman Joe Delaney defeated. After the first update of the world rankings (after the EPTC event 2) it has been on rank 87.

In the sixth event of the tour he beat in the first round defeated Nigel Bond and Ali Carter (at this time world ranking second ) is just 3:4.

In December, 2010 Patrick Einsle voluntarily left the main tour.

Third season on the main tour and the end of the professional career

In April 2013 Einsle won one of the three final matches of the EBSA Qualifying Tour and thus received a two- year tour ticket for the 2013/14 and 2014/15 snooker season. In March 2014 he announced that he no longer play the second professional year and to finish his professional career.

Pool

Einsle played in the 2011/12 season at BSC feet actively Pool. In the 2012/13 season he played with BV Fortuna Straubing 2 in the Regionalliga. Since 2013 he is playing with the third team of Fortuna Straubing in the national league.

Others

His highest ever break of 146 points he scored in a U21 tournament. A Century -Break on the professional tour he succeeded by exactly 100 points.
