Patrik Anttonen

Patrik Anttonen ( born March 6, 1980 in Örebro ) is a Swedish football player. The defensive player who debuted in the Swedish national team in 2009, since 1999 is in Örebro SK under contract.

Career

Anttonen began playing football at Ervalla SK, before he came to Örebro SK on youth departments of Hovsta IF and BK Forward 1999. In his new, antretenden in Allsvenskan club he made his debut in April of the year in the Svenska Cupen in the men's team, in the 1999, in which the club was able to secure the league only in the relegation matches against Assyriska FF, he came on the second match day 1 :0- success on IF Elfsborg as a substitute for his Erstligadebüt.

First Anttonen remained under coach Sven Dahlkvist and from 2000 also under his successor Mats Jingblad mainly the role of the substitute score. During the season of 2001 he came out on top and earned itself a place in the starting line- so that he stood in the following season in all the 26 games of the season of the Swedish Elite Series on the court. Sporty he reached with the team midfield squares, due to financial irregularities in the 2004 it came, however, to license revocation and a consequent relegation of the club in the Superettan.

Anttonen held ÖSK loyalty, and stood in for the club in the second division season 2005. Although the team initially reached under the coaching duo of Patrick Walker and Urban Hammar only a fifth place in the standings, the following year succeeded as a table runner behind Trelleborg FF the runner-up and second division after 52 games, he returned to league football. As a regular force, he contributed to the relegation and was in the 2008 good performance. As a result, he received several offers from Sweden, but also from abroad by the Norwegian club Sogndal Fotball, and was called by coach Lars Lagerback to the national team. In a U.S. tour the country selection, he sat at the meeting with the U.S. national team on the bench and came in a 1-0 victory over Mexico with a goal by Alexander Farnerud to his national team debut, which he played through the entire game duration.

Anttonen remained despite the offers from ÖSK and also included in the 2009 of the mainstays on the defensive until he was injured in August. After his return to the place he was a regular force again and placed as in sixth respectively - third with the team in the front league area. The season of 2011 was overshadowed by injuries that only allowed five season bets.
