Pedro de Jesús Lisímaco Vilchez Vilchez ( born May 19, 1929 in Jinotega, † February 19, 2013 ibid ) was Bishop of Jinotega.

Life

Pedro Lisímaco Vilchez, son of a peasant family, visited the Colegio " Rubén Darío " de Managua. The Bishop of Matagalpa, Arnulfo Isidro Oviedo, sent him on to education at the Colegio de Granada Salesian School, where he studied with Miguel Obando Bravo SDB. At San José de la Montaña seminar in El Salvador, he graduated in philosophy and theology. He received on February 6, 1955 by the Bishop of Matagalpa, Octavio Calderón y Padilla, the ordination.
