Peter Donat
Peter Donat ( born January 20, 1928 in Kentville, Nova Scotia, Canada) born when Pierre Collingwood Donat, is an American actor of Canadian descent.
Life
Donat was born the son of Marie Bardet and the landscape gardener Philip Ernst Donat. He is a nephew of the British actor and Academy Award winner Robert Donat and brother of Richard Donat. In 1950 he immigrated. In the United States, where he studied drama at Yale University

Career

A wide audience Donat became known in the 1980s in the role of Elmo Tyson by the television series Flamingo Road.
