Podborsko

Podborsko ( German Kiefheide ) is a village of 60 inhabitants in Polish West Pomeranian Voivodeship. It belongs to the municipality Tychowo ( Tychowo ) in a circle Białogard ( Belgard ).

Geographical Location

Podborsko located 15 kilometers southeast of the county town of the province road 169 Białogard Białogard - Byszyno ( Boissin ) - Głodowa ( Goldbeck ) - Bobolice ( Bublitz ). After Tychowo there are seven kilometers. Podborsko is located in the former so-called " Burzlaffer forest " on the left bank of the Liśnica ( Leitznitz ). The place is a railway station on the railway line Szczecinek - Kolobrzeg and thus for the surrounding area, a central point.

History

The village Kiefheide was until 1945 a Vorwerk Mandelatz (Polish: Modrolas ) with a private manor. The last German owner of this 327 -acre Good was the family Haeger. In 1867 112 residents were resident in Kiefheide and Mandelatz. About the Municipality Mandelatz Kiefheide until 1945 linked to the ministry Burzlaff and the registry office Buckow and belonged to the district of Belgard ( Persante ). District court area was Belgard. The last public official before 1945 were Chief Administrator William Roggenbuck, registrar and Treichel Oberland hunters Riedel.

Church

Kiefheide was the parish in the parish Tychowo. It belonged to the church Belgard county in Pomerania church of the Evangelical Church of the Old Prussian Union. Last German minister was Pastor Werner Braun.

Today Podborsko lies in the parish of Koszalin ( Koszalin ) in the Diocese of Pomerania - Greater Poland the Evangelical-Augsburg Church in Poland.
