Powerless (song)

Powerless is a song by American alternative rock band Linkin Park. It was released as a promotional single from her album Living Things. As a download single which is only available in the Japanese iTunes Store.
Style
In contrast to most of the album Living Things, the song is very quiet. It is less in the direction of the synth rock or pop. Only piano, electric guitar and some electronic sounds used.
Music Video
There are two different promo videos, both of which are each made in collaboration with another project to Powerless.
The first music video, also a trailer for the movie Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter, a compilation of scenes where the band plays the song and scenes from the movie. Moreover, one sees from time to time as the lyrics of Abraham Lincoln ( Benjamin Walker) with ink on a piece of paper is written. The music video ( 3:04 min) is slightly shorter than the original ( 3:45 min), because part of the song is skipped.
The second music video that takes even only two minutes to support the campaign of the World Power Linkin Park 's charity Music for Relief. This makes it the second music video after Not Alone, which was produced for Music for Relief.
