Radkova Lhota

Radkova Lhota ( German Lhotta Radkow, 1939-1945 Radek Lhota ) is a municipality in the Czech Republic. It is located six kilometers north-west of Bystřice pod Hostynem and belongs to Okres Přerov.

Geography

Radkova Lhota is located on the right bank of the river Moštěnka. To the north rises the Kleštěnec (287 m), southeast of the Kroušovy (317 m), in the south of Nad Rampliskem (305 m ) west of the Zajicek (305 m) and in the northwest the Jezírka (285 m). At the southeast periphery is beyond the Moštěnka at the mouth of a small brook a fish pond.

Neighboring towns are Bezuchov, Oprostovice and Radotín in the north, Simre, Hadilův Mlýn, Lhotsko and Žákovice in the northeast, Blazice and Sovadina in the east, Bažantnice, Bystřice pod Hostynem and Rychlov the southeast, Křtomil and Lipová in the south, Radkovy, Dřevohostice the southwest, Nahošovice in the west and Hradcany and Sisma in the northwest.

History

The first written mention of the town took place in 1397. 1480 Before the Stosch Kaunitz acquired the manor and beat it their rule to Dřevohostice. Among other things, to the numerous owners of the estate belonged to the lords of Zierotin. In 1635, Johann von Rott Valley acquired the village along with ten other and hit it his rule to Holešov. Five years later Lhotta Radkow has been connected to the rule Bystřice. In 1763, the family of the Counts of red valley died out in the male line; in the breakdown of the rule Holešov - Bystřice among the heirs Lhotta Radkow was again submissive after Bystřice. In 1788 the village was umgepfarrt after Blazice. 1789 was followed by the Counts della Rovere di Monte l' Abbate as the new owner. 1804 acquired Johann Nepomuk Graf Wengersky the rule. As of 1827 the rule Bystřice belonged to the Counts Laudon. These were built in Lhottskahof instead of the old manor house as a summer residence, a palace, which also served as a school for local children at the same time. It was surrounded by a small park with a pond. Until the mid-19th century Lhotta Radkow remained subservient always Bystřice.

After the abolition of patrimonial Lhota Radkov / Lhotta Radkow formed in 1850 a municipality in the district team Holle show. Today's local name Radkova Lhota is in use since 1910. After the abolition of Okres Holešov the community in 1960 associated with the Okres Přerov. On 1 July 1983 Radkova Lhota was incorporated into Dřevohostice. Since November 24, 1990 Radkova Lhota is independent again.

The community Radkova Lhota has with 55.8 % nationally according to Nelepeč - Žernůvka the second highest proportion of the population over 65 years. With an employment rate of 20.9 % of the town is located along with Anenská Studánka in last place in the Czech Republic.

For the community Radkova Lhota no districts are reported. To Radkova Lhota the monolayer heard Lhotsko ( Lhottskahof ), in its place there was the extinct village Měsíčná Lhota.
