Roman Catholic Diocese of Fada N’Gourma

The Diocese of Fada N'Gourma (Latin: Dioecesis Fada Ngurmaensis ) is located in Burkina Faso Roman Catholic diocese based in Fada N'Gourma.

History

The Diocese of Fada N'Gourma was born on February 12, 1959 by Pope John XXIII. with the Apostolic Constitution Quamquam cotidie built out of territory of the Apostolic Prefecture of Niamey as Apostolic Prefecture Fada N'Gourma. On 16 June 1964, the Apostolic Prefecture was Fada N'Gourma by Pope Paul VI. charged with the Apostolic Constitution Quod SANCTISSIMUM to the diocese. The Diocese of Fada N'Gourma announced on November 20, 2004 from parts of its territory to the founding of the Diocese of Dori.

It is the Archdiocese Koupéla a suffragan.
